Comrade Mengistu Haile Mariam – Following an appeal on 26 May 2008, Mengistu was sentenced to death in absentia by Ethiopia’s High Court, overturning his previous sentence of life imprisonment.
Now holed up in ZW as a guest of former Strongman Comrade Doctor Robert Mugabe as a guest of the ZW government he lives in luxury at the expense of the ZW taxpayer.
Perhaps Comrade ED Mnangagwa will decide what is to happen to the tyrant who lives/hides in ZW.
