Ray Nkosi | Recently appointed CIO boss Isaac Moyo, is also still Zimbabwe’s Ambassador To South-Africa with questions being raised as to whether President Emmerson Mnangagwa is short of manpower.

Mnangagwa is set to meet the business community and investors in South Africa on Thursday, with an invitation letter signed by Moyo being circulated to Zimbabweans in the Diaspora and the media.

However, the above letter has courted controversy with political analysts questioning how the CIO boss can also still be carrying out his Ambassadorial duties. Writes Jelous Mawarire on Twitter : “Isaac Moyo is both Zim Ambassador to South Africa & Director General of CIO? What kind of thing is that? Surely when pple complain about security sector capturing government, this is what they will be talking about. DG Moyo shld either be Ambassador to SA, or CIO DG, not both.”

To which a Walter Muzambezi responds, “No jobs at all for others, while some have 2, whats happening?”
