The High Court, in a judgment delivered this afternoon in Harare has ruled against ZIMSEC’s decision to have O Level students resit for the 2017 November English Language Paper 2 following reports of rampant cheating.
Zimsec was ordered to consider releasing results using the outcome of the English Language Paper 1 exam.

I wonder why Zimbabweans celebrate for their downfall.The high court decision is just but DOOM for our children.Before giving the judgement the court should have taken into consideration why paper 1 was not affected? Why does anyone care whether africans can speak a white european language or not? Who needs their alphabet and words? We have our own way of speaking–lets use it more. To hell with them.
English is the international business language. You need it to beg for debt forgiveness so that you can then ask for more loans that you can mismanage and steal.
