#mugabe Conqueror of the British Empire

via Bulawayo24 NEWS | ‘Mugabe Conqueror of the British Empire’ by Staff reporter 25 February 2014

ZANU-PF apparatchiks fell over each other as party leader President Robert Mugabe’s 90th birthday bash in Marondera turned into a bootlicking contest after speakers lined up for congratulatory messages used all sorts of adjectives to bootlick the Zanu-PF leader.

Setting the tone was Zanu-PF youth affairs secretary Absalom Sikhosana suggesting Mugabe should assume the grand title “Conqueror of the British Empire” from the late ex-Ugandan leader Idi Amin Dada.

Idi Amin Dada had several titles to his name and was often referred to as “His Excellency President for Life, Field Marshal Al Hadji Doctor Idi Amin, VC, DSO, MC, Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Sea, and Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and Uganda in Particular.”

Mugabe is referred to as “His Excellency, President and First Secretary of Zanu-PF, Head of State and Government and Commander in Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces.

“You are the Sadc deputy chairperson and also the African Union deputy chairperson. I know of people with titles like Idi Amin Dada who gave himself the title Conqueror of the British Empire, but we celebrate the birthday of the genuine Conqueror of the British Empire,” Sikhosana gushed.

“They tried one after the other, but failed, we thank you for the manner that you have superintended over affairs of the country and the continent.”

Not to be outdone, Mashonaland East youth chairperson Luckson Kandemiri enthused: “We wish you a happy birthday and 1 000 more years to come and we condemn corruption in all sectors.”

The Zanu-PF youth league later donated a “royal seat” to Mugabe and declared him Life President.

Sikhosana little knowledge is very dangerous . As a youth leader you have shown that you lack the basics about politics and the history of Zimbabwe. Rhodesia was part of the British empire

Our leader, the face we show to the world as representing us, is by his many public utterances fair competition with Idi Amin for the biggest buffoon of the African continent. For an allegedly educated man his lack of self awareness is astounding

Mugabe is proudly carrying on the tradition of the Big Man, like Mobuto Sese Seko, with whom there are many parallels: corruption, economic malaise, hyperiflation, (prostate?), protection by the army, and the personality cult supreme. Dowden wrote: “His name means ‘The Cock that Covers all the Chickens’, and his full title read, ‘Father of the Nation, Guide, Helmsman, Chief, Messiah the All-Powerful Warrior who Goes from Conquest to Conquest, Leaving Fire in his Wake”

Conqueror of the British Empire. Yes, Mugabe is a conqueror of the Conqueror of the British Empire. He does the opposite. When he is supposed to protect his own people he sends the Gukurahundi to Matebeleland and Midlands to Butcher them. When he is supposed to provide food for the nation he seizes the farms and kill those who produce. When he is supposed to retire and relinquish power to fresh and mindful people he clings to it and even castigates the long serving leaders in some of his decaying organisations. I salute him for destroying everything which he did not build so that he built nothing. Even if you were to make Mugabe the Prime Minister of England, after 3 years there will be bush toilets everywhere in the streets of those beautiful cities.

Mthwakazi Gukurahundi Sikhosana Sir, lets be honest please. Your Gukurahundi Ancestor Robert Satan Mugabe should more appropriately be named”

“CONQUEROR OF ZIMBABWE”, not “CONQUEROR OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE”.

To be honest, all his rhetoric, his year-in-year-out noise at the UN over all these years – all these have had absolutely no impact on the United Kingdom; its economy; its people and their way of life.

You have to first show me British refugees in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Australia, Canada, America etc, etc, for me to agree you have indeed conquered the British.

So far, there is no evidence of this. All I see are Zimbabweans who have been conquered by the gukurahundi – BLACK PEOPLE, for that matter.

They are alll ove the word and the economy is on its knees – indeed you are the CONQUEROR OF ZIMBABWE!!

From where I come from, it is said when old people grow much older, they actually begin to grow younger in their mental faculties as well as their general biological anotomical functions.
So going by his own admission, Mugabe has 8 years left on his journey to the grave. It must be noted that after 5 years, he is likely to senile and needing daipers and mo assistance.
Im not a prophet of doom, but just making an observation.
So piece of advise BOB, time to wind down, wrap up n leave the ‘legacy’ whatever that is to whomsoever…..

Umm, conqueror of the British! In what way?

OK who is crying about sanctions’ effects? If it is the British, then surely Bob is the conqueror! But if not, then ….!

Who no longer has local currency in their economy? Oh, by the way it is the Britain who are now using Zim dollars!

Who is having unemployment rising everyday? Oh I think it is the British, so Yes Bob is the conqueror! Umm, think before you talk!

Again you get these delusional people who don’t know what they are about. Robert Mugabe’s Government is the worst that southern Africa has ever seen. He did not conquer anyone. All he done is cause his people suffering whilst him and his group of corrupt people dined. Because of his age it might not come to pass that he will pay for his sins on earth, but be rest assured that his collaborators will pay for what they put the people through. The British have a strong economy where the give benefits to their less privileged. What does he do, he enriches the already rich and refuses outside aid for those with nothing. I have absolutely no respect for this evil son of the devil and his boot lickers can brag all they want everybody knows what he and Zanu pf are. They will pay for what they have done. The time draws near. He will also meet his maker for judgement at some point. Look at Gaddafi, Hussien and others. They are just nothings now. Look at Madiba he still stands tall and his legacy will be with us for a long time to come.

Im lost of words for the Zanu pf youth secretary Sikhosana for calling Mugabe life president and CBE and comparing him with Idi Amin as a compliment. How can a sane man take a comparison with an evil man of Amini,s character who is said to have murdered up to 500 000 civillians. He grabed all foreign owned companies just like what Mugabe is doing and messed all diplomatic ties and leave the country in issolation. In simple terms Zanu is trying to tell us that we should brace ourselves for the worst in all spheres i.e economic, political ,social and more oppression as long as we allow this old dictator to impose himself on us.
