‘Robert #mugabe messenger of God’ [?!]

via Bulawayo24 NEWS | ‘Robert Mugabe messenger of God’ 17 March 2014

Mariyawanda Nzuwah, the Public Service Commission (PSC) chairman, has joined the President Robert Mugabe bootlicking club, saying the 90-year-old leader is a messenger of God.

Introducing Mugabe during the luncheon to celebrate his birthday on Friday, Nzuwah showered praises on the the leader.

“You are a messenger sent by God to liberate and lead us. We ask the Lord to give you more years because you haven’t finished the job that was assigned to you. You still have a long way to go and as such we ask the Lord to give you many more years,” said Nzuwah.

He also thanked Mugabe’s wife Grace for keeping the president well.

Nzuwah then gave the First Lady a Rolex watch and the president a shield and a spear.

Mugabe jokingly said Nzuwah should have given him the shied and spear before his daughter was married off.

Not to be left out in the bootlicking crusade was Constantine Chiwenga, the Zimbabwe Defence Forces Commander, who described Mugabe as a larger than life character who is central to God’s plan in Africa.

“God has a plan for Zimbabwe and Africa. President Robert Gabriel Mugabe is the central pillar of that plan for the future. We ask the Lord to give him many more years,” Chiwenga said.

“This larger than life man overcame amongst other things an early childhood paternal abandonment. He had to take up menial jobs to fend for his siblings. He spent 10 years in prison from 1964 to 1974 during which he almost died. These and other difficulties prove that he is a great man,” he added.

Nzuwah and Chiwenga are not the only ones to shower Mugabe with praises.

Recently, Zanu-PF junior spokesperson Psychology Maziwisa equated Mugabe to Jesus Christ.

Posting on Facebook, Maziwisa said Mugabe shared the same vision as Christ.

“President Mugabe is no Jesus Christ, but the constant persecution which he has suffered for standing for what is right brings him closer to Christ,” said Maziwisa.

“President Mugabe definitely has the same vision that Christ had, namely that you should not just stand by your beliefs when your critics persecute you, you should also continue to implement them.”

Webster Shamu, minister of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services once told a gathering that he wished he was Mugabe’s first son.

His bootlicking antics resonate with that of minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development Obert Mpofu, who signed off letters to Mugabe, as “your ever obedient son”.

While, the two would have wished to be Mugabe’s sons, Shamu went further to describe the Zanu-PF leader as a feared man the world over because of his intelligence and likened him to a popular powdered milk in Zimbabwe.

“Gushungo, people say you have Cremora (powdered milk), the whole body. The world over, president is about you. They fear you and that is why they are doing all this,” Shamu said.

“There is no president the world over who has degrees like President Mugabe. He is brainy and that’s why he is feared. You fought the liberation struggle for a long time and you should also rule for as long as you want.”

Simon Khaya Moyo, the senior minister of State in the President’s Office once described Mugabe as a liberator of unparalleled proportions “who God should keep for a long time to rule Zimbabwe”.

“His Excellency you are a liberator of unparalleled audacity. You are a useful and amazing leader and we pray to God to make you stronger and continue to lead us from the front,” he said.

The late former Higher Education minister, Stan Mudenge also described Mugabe as one of “Africa’s all-time greatest men”, saying even enemies of the veteran leader envied his “encyclopaedic” memory, wisdom and courage.

The bible acknowledges Satan as a God but the creator of all the beautiful things and life is Jehovah. I hope Nzuwah does not mean Jehovah God who created all of us equally regardless of our different colours and gave us land to live and build our homes without discrimination of any kind. Read your bible Nzuwah, time is running out for the end of the evil system is near and Jehovah will destroy those that kill, hate, plunder, oppress and rape in his name.

Fortunately the majority of decent God fearing Zimbabwean citizens think otherwise. A little modesty about a single individuals contribution to a national struggle would not be out of place. Sober and patriotic Zimbabweans know that no one is irriplacable from the highest office to the lowliest post. The country called Zimbabwe has survived for eons before this calamitous regime and will rise and prosper after it.

Mugabe’s defecation stinks exactly the same as everybody else’s. his morals stink much worse. The man is not divine. His feet of clay are visible to all.

Mugabe is a well known cuckold. If there is any message of god coming from Mugabe it is a warning of what a pathetic, despicable piece of excrement a man can be.

Love him or hate him you have to admit, the man is a brilliant, clever politician. He has managed to outsmart the Rhodies, all his political adversaries and the West. At least so far. What happens after him? Reference to God, Jesus etc are a bit overplayed and you will not hear that from him, he is way too smart for that. John Thomas, stop playing with sewage,it’s not good for your manhood!

‘He spent 10 years in prison from 1964 to 1974 during which he almost died’ Pity that didn’t happen! Chiwenga makes the experience sound as if it was horrendous-well it didn’t seem to do much harm as the man is 90 and according to him ‘a young old man’ Contrast that with the hundreds if not thousands WHO HAVE DIED in Zimbabwean prisons over the last 34 years. By the way didn’t he get correspondence degrees whilst in prison? Must have been really tough in there! How many of Mugabe’s prisoners have obtained correspondence degrees?

Wow, some pretty crazy comments here! Really folks we must be careful not to destroy our own peace with the Lord as we vehemently show hatred for others, even Mugabe. Romans 8:28 tells us that ALL things happen for the good of those that “LOVE HIM” and called according to His purpose. Also in Ephesians 6:12 it says _ For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. …..it then says ….
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Folks this is a battle we need to fight with prayer and the Sword of the Word, as we need to realize it only takes one Word from the God of Creation to turn this around, BUT we need to be humble, glorifying God and doing what it says in 2 Chronicles 7 :14….If my people….

@Farai, another over zelous, idiotic and barbaric bootylicker with microscopic brains. Did you see Bob outsmarting the Rhodies, or you are just another victim of the diabolical ZANU PF mass produced propaganda?. You definately need a mental detoxication. The true architects of the Zimbabwe liberation struggle are no longer alive. Some true cadres like Tongogara and Chitepo were killed by Bob. Bob is nothing but a ruthless and mentally unstable dictator who committed his first coup in 1979 when he killed Tongogara and has continued to mass murder innocent Zimbabweans.

  • comment-avatar

This is typical of a dictator. They all have the desire to be worshiped. It is astonishing how big grown up men can glorify a man that has caused so much suffering and call him a messenger of God. In the 80’s there was stories of Satanic worship at a particular premises on the Victoria falls road in Bulawayo. Some Zanu pf politicians were rumored to have attended some sessions there. Let no one be surprised if they are still at it. There is no way that people that live on the teachings of the bible would behave the way these people do. About @Farais conclusion”Love him or hate him you have to admit, the man is a brilliant, clever politician” this is the conclusion of a disillusioned person. A brilliant clever Politician who destroyed his countries economy and turned them from being one of the richest countries in Africa to one of the poorest in the world? As far as I’m concerned he has the tongue of a conman but brilliance????

Sorry Doc, I hear what you are saying but Mugabe is a fool! He is hateful and greedy and his 90 years will end in disaster, there is nothing brilliant about this demoniac. He has caused murder and mayhem and will go to his grave hated by Zimbabweans from whom he has taken life, pride and the oportunity to live with dignity…That is not brilliance in my book. He may still hang for his crimes. Many hope so.
