They are all stupid and uneducated looters.The government should now make follow ups that they paid taxes on these huge allowances.
Gwanda town could not pay for water and had to be bailed out another suspicious individual,whilst this big looter is busy killing his countrymen. Plumtree is a poor border semi-village town with zero resources,this shameless guy loots the little the poor people raise.
I think these allowances were politically instigated for a political agenda.If you look closely at the allowances you can conclude that certain towns had their allowances heavily raised for no logical reasons depending on which party was running that town.
Tell me Bulawayo Town Clerk- Why you need that huge allowance when our services are so poor? You and your councilors are shameless people who cannot even run a homestead in the rural area profitable.Some of your councilors and the previous ones cannot manage simple tuck shops in the high density suburbs.Shame on all of you.
The ABNORMAL total Guaranteed Package for all these Town Clerks per month of $210609.00 is well below the $230000.00 that Cashbert Dube pocketed per month. Can SANITY prevail please!!!!
