Mliswa killed white farmers, Chiyangwa

via Mliswa killed white farmers, Chiyangwa – New Zimbabwe 15/05/2015

ZANU PF politician and businessman, Philip Chiyangwa, has said Temba Mliswa is no saint having brutalized the white former owners of the farm he now occupies in addition to “raping and killing” MDC supporters.

Chiyangwa was responding to Mliswa’s charge that he, along with President Robert Mugabe and local government minister Ignatius Chombo, must face justice at Netherlands-based International Criminal Court (ICC) which is commonly known as The Hague.

Kicked out of Zanu PF over allegations he was part of a plot to illegally topple Mugabe, Mliswa is now fighting to reclaim Hurungwe West as an independent in elections scheduled for June 10.

A former chairman for the ruling party in Mashonaland West, Mliswa claims Zanu PF is brutalizing his supporters, blaming Chiyangwa and Chombo in particular.

“Chombo, Chiyangwa must equally be tried (at The Hague). They have terrorized villagers and the evidence is there,’’ said Mliswa earlier this month.

But Chiyangwa hit back Thursday saying it was Mliswa who should be dragged before the ICC.

In an interview with NewZimbabwe.com, Chiyangwa said Mliswa led a violent campaign against white farmers in the province adding the owners of the farm the latter now occupies were lucky to survive the campaign.

‘’He (Mliswa) brutally assaulted the former owners of the farm he occupied. Thanks to the Avenues Clinics (they survived); they could have died. His hands are full of blood,” fumed Chiyangwa.

He added that while still a member of the ruling party, Mliswa brutalized Zanu PF opponents in the province.

“That guy is desperate for publicity. He is going around saying Chombo, Chiyangwa navaMugabe (President Robert Mugabe) must go to The Hague for what?

“He is the one who must be prosecuted for raping and killing people in Mashonaland Central including Gandawa. We have enough evidence to prove this, including photos,” said Chiyangwa.

Mliswa apologized for his involvement in Zanu PF violence at a recent press conference.

“I regret and I am sorry for having been part of a violent system. We were part of a system that believed in violence. I apologize for having been part of the gang,’’ he said.

Mliswa is battling Keith Guzha of Zanu PF candidate in the Hurungwe West by-election.

Temba; plse don’t make fools out of us all. it can never be enough to just say I’m sorry for killing innocent people.

Certainly, for majority to take you (Temba) serious, you need to hand yourself over to police, confess, get tried, sentenced; and may be get pardoned by Mugabe who was your godfather then.

Of course, we all know, for you to survive & live to tell the tale, you simply have to go and spill the beans for yourself alone & take full responsibility for every barbaric act you engaged yourself in regardless of where you were taking instructions from. Otherwise, the trial wont even get finished be4 they finish you. But, may be, only then could some of us consider forgiving you for the murderer that you are.

What about the perpetrators of the Matabeleland Genocide – some 20 000 civilians murdered? How will this be dealt with? What difference is there between these murders? They were all committed by Zanu and they were directed and condoned by Mugabe.
Perence Shiri was given a promotion and farm by Mugabe for the success of the Gukuruhundi. In what way or manner can a pardon be given by the master mind of all the murders to one of the executiobers? Must Shiri also ask for a pardon from Mugabe! – for killing 20 000 civilians that Mugabe appointed him to carry out?

and Mugabe criticizes xenophobic violence in SA, yet here is an admission of how violent zanu is. You couldn’t make it up could you? What a pathetic bunch of losers this homicidal party is. Zimbabwe will carry the scars long after they are vanquished; much like Germany after the Nazis.

carry on with the bickering – it makes no difference. You are all eventually going to be in front of a tribunal for human rights abuses

Something will need to be done about all the people who committed crimes against the farmers and opposition supporters hiding behind the cover of Robert Mugabe.

If Chiyangwa has evidence why can’t he bring it forward so that action can be taken? We cannot allow an environment of impunity to continue unabated.

This is why it stinks when Mugabe talks about xenophobia in South Africa when he himself has done nothing against people who have committed crimes and continue to do so up to this day.

It will all come out. And last night on BBC Moyo was explaining that the West had misunderstood Mugabe and could Zim please have lots of money to help its people. He couldn’t answer the questions put to him about mismanagement by ZANU. He also did not explain that if the evil West was to be foolish enough to give the Zim government more money that ZANU will only pass on part of that aid TO THOSE WHO JOIN ZANU AND SUPPORT IT.

Chiyangwa, why are you not giving the Police all the evidence that you have on Mliswa raping and killing people in Mashonaland Central?
ZRP, should you not call on Chiyangwa so he furnishes you with such important information?

Being of a cynical bent it is highly unlikely that any of the people responsible for Gukurahundi, subsequent violence and destruction of Zimbabwe will ever face a court in this world. The past 35 years have shown their absolute disregard for any law on Zimbabwe’s books or the constitution. Neither have they been concerned about any criticism of their actions. When necessary the constitution, law were changed, ignored and non compliant judges booted out. Do you really think that any of the local judges who have personally benefited will be prepared to preside over a trial. Those who are bought to book will be the scapegoats. Which Police officer will arrest them?
Neither the West, who owe some responsibility, or any African country or organisation, who have a greater responsibility will be prepared to act against Mugabe and his followers.
The only way for Mugabe et al to bought to account is for the people of Zimbabwe to collectively to stand up and say enough is enough. This we know is not going to happen because Mugabe and ZanuPf have degrees in violence.

There is God in heaven! I would rather deal with a repentant Mliswa than listen to an unrepentant “thug” named Chiyangwa who believes ZPF should brutalize people to submission to protect their ill-gotten wealth. At least Mliswa has owned up and hopefully he will “humble himself and turn from his wicked ways” . He has tasted his own medicine.
