Excellent starting point. The rot in ZESA needs new brains. Imagine a country that takes months to do a simple connection, or takes poor people’s cash and 15 years on no connection at all. Shows very bad leadership and heads rolling at board level, then all the way down to some of the supervisors, helps. If a connection is not done in 15 years one cannot blame the technician. Its the board, CEO, Directors, GM’s that must go packing. Current load shedding calls for voluntary resignation in shame, that never happened due to complacency if not impunity.
