Britain’s Africa minister Rory Stewart arrived in Zimbabwe earlier today, reports AFP news agency.

It is ahead of the inauguration tomorrow of the country’s new leader Emmerson Mnangagwa.

Mr Stewart is due to meet political and business leaders, as well as human rights groups and NGOs, the UK foreign ministry said in a statement to AFP.

He described the historic change as “an absolutely critical moment” following former President Robert Mugabe’s “ruinous rule”.

“Britain wants to be a genuine partner for Zimbabweans as they forge a new future,” Mr Stewart told AFP.

Similarly, please may you note that last effort carefully put together by Margaret Thatcher, Lord Carrington and Henry Kissinger so ably concocted by Malcolm Fraser has been a complete Horse’s Arse for nearly 38 years.
HM the Queen giving Dear Robert a Knighthood after the Gukuruhundi – and the wholesale looting of Zimbabwe by Bob and his cronies is the price the people have had to pay for the Foreign Office F—- Up.

Right on Kutama! These Brits are so keen to patronize and boot lick that they lose sight of the real problems in Africa.

Smith had outwitted them every time and as soon as they were dealing with the Bishop instead of Smith they were able to trick him.

Sadly Smith lied to Humphrey Gibbs and this has taken some 52 years to unravel. Smith was warned by African born academics and lawyers not to follow the UDI option which smacked of arrogance and naivety of a Chaplin High School rugby player? Older more experienced but dedicated nationals warned Smith that it would all end in disaster – and this has actually continued for 52 years now. All the people killed in the war need not have happened. Smith and Mugabe both felt that they knew best! We need to remember that Humphrey Gibbs was totally dedicated to a solution like Smuts was in South Africa – they were both men of the soil. Gibbs was a major player in what become the CFU and the publication VUKA. I believe that he started farming at Bonisa, Nyamandlovu in 1928. Smith thought that he was a smart arse by sidelining Gibs and is now judged harshly by those that have done the real research into the antics of the UDI. UDI was really a bit of an Enid Blighton Famous Five story with a disaster at the end – the first one after 15 years and now a second one after 52 years. Such is life?

Remember to remain vigilant. Mugabe’s Gukurahundi occurred early on, but the Zim people turned a blind eye… still enamered with him in their hero worship. Learn well from that lesson. Watch and judge, listen and remember. Let noble voices be heard, and never silenced.

Yes this may be so. However, the lovely West have already given your Dear Robert a cool US$10 million? I do not believe that your Dear Robert will have to queue for his money? I am actually Kutama West – because I live in the West. Should the Diaspora really send money to their families – for Dear Robert, Dear Gideon and Dear Magudya to siphon off and take the hard currency in exchange for their beautiful Bond Notes? Let us not forget that Dear Robert got a Knighthood after the Gukuruhundiand and now he has been given $10 million which is only $500 a head for every Matabele he butchered? We can build the country with the correct policies and law and order – but it has to be a professional show not a Zanu Looting Exercise that we have had for the last 38 years? There is no limit to the potential – but it will not come from an ATM – it will come from hard work in agriculture and business to create wealth. Dear Robert and Dear Gideon printed amabillions – so we need to be vigilant about the Zanu ATM solution! Even the Minster of Finance Chombo was not an ATM man? – he had millions in cash at his house? Was he being “protected” by Israeli agents at his house – Nikev election agents! I use an ATM every day in the West – but I have to work and put money into the account first – I am not a Zanu man with connections at Fidelity Printers. Maybe, that is why people think I am a mampara – Zanu took a 100% share in my 100 year old business and I chose not put my head up Gono’s backside to get access to the Zanu printing press and the Zanu ATM. I work for a living – I don’t steal for living – not even from an ATM.
