All illegal and autocratic Governments like ours fear social media. This is only because it is something that they cannot completely silence. And social media can be easily used by all their citizens struggling to be free from tyranny and fear without being beaten or shot to death by sociopath policemen and soldiers.
Sadly it will probably only make retribution more savage when the tweter is discovered. ZANU only know how to rule by fear.
