A report in today’s Newsday in which Mnangagwa admits to failure then sensationally demands another term is not only shocking but disrespectful of the suffering Zimbabwean people.

Once the admission is made that Zanu PF has failed, that closes the matter. A government’s presence in office is for no other reason besides delivery.
Knowing the consequences of failure, Mnangagwa now wants to focus on power retention, service is what keeps people in office.
The MDC is on record, that an illegitimate government will never deliver, it only has a narrow interest of self-aggrandisement and power retention.
If you have failed, by your own admission, why should we reward failure in 2023?

So MDC what are you going to do to ensure we don’t have them back in 2023? Hopefully you have a plan. If not we can assume you are happy with the status quo and forget about the people.
It is the current fashoin in polatics, to “lie” to your folowers. Don’t worry they will think of someting for 2023; bribary, vote stuffing, or simply not leaving office as Trump threatens; anything to get back to cause a bigger mess, if of course there is anything left by then. Wrong chap, wrong political party, wrong policies. There are lots of them about, hopeless failures; do not even let them near your Dog lead. I have met bewildered people in postions of resonabitiy who canot even Add numbers together.
Please, please give him another chance. I am sure our Dictator will deliver.
