The Chinese government has finished constructing Zimbabwe’s new parliament building outside the capital, Harare, at a cost of about $200 million.     China has bugged all your HUAWEI phones anyway – why would they want to bug your parliament comrades. Nothing of any use is spoken there anyway. And why does ZW need a parliament anyway ? – who is China to offer a parliament when they are a communist military dictatorship.
