MY FELLOW CITIZENS, COUNTRYMEN AND FRIENDS
Since my last statement issued in early June 2015, we have been hard at work and I wish to share with you, in brief, how we propose to translate our vision for a better Zimbabwe into reality-through the proposed Blueprint to Unlock Investment and Leverage for Development (BUILD).

Shame Joyce had to go to London to get help her write this nonsense.
She is not capable of writing or even just telling the truth,she must Vostek and just farm,or return that farm back that she gained through the land reform programme.
She was taking protection fees the most dishonest women in the world.
Lastly all government trips she went on she signed deals in her company’s name.

Has Joice truly repented? Guy Watson-Smith had all his crops, all his tractors, all his cattle and other animals and everything else stolen by the Mujuru’s. What did the tax collector do when he repented?
I like the policy formulation. Let’s give her a chance to implement it

All that was said about her is so so true and the truth is no coming out and her white British Master’s are funding her dream.
Mai Mujuru , is still a zanu pf ,the so called blue print manifesto means nothing during this period of suffering and total collapse of our economy , where was she during the process of the economy distraction , she actually played part during the massacre of opposition leaders , so does she thinks people had forgotten that she is still a mere leopard and a leopard can not change it’s skin, if she wasn’t fired by her ruthless masters , right now she could have been at the helm of zanupf leadership , planning to rig the oncoming election , and I’m reminding her that people are tired of the elections which does not bring meaningful change. I think it’s better for Mai Mujuru to concentrate on farming in those farms which they grabbed ruthlessly
