Army chief pledges allegiance

Gen Constantine Chiwenga, the man behind the takeover last week, has pledged his allegiance to Emmerson Mnangagwa, his new president.

He said that he and his soldiers would be faithful and bare true allegiance to Zimbabwe and the laws of Zimbabwe.
