As the Commonwealth Heads of Government meet this week, will Zimbabwe rejoin: Joshua Setipa

The Commonwealth will this week elect a new secretary general. The incumbent, Patricia Scotland, is expected to leave office after two terms. Lesotho’s Joshua Setipa is SADC’s candidate for the position. SABC International News Editor Sophie Mokoena spoke to Setipa about the Commonwealth.
