THE City of Harare is appealing to Vainona residents who built structures within boundary lines, sewer servitudes or along the path of the sewer line to voluntarily remove them to facilitate the sewer rehabilitation project along Lana Road.
In a notice, the City of Harare acting town clerk, Advocate Warren Chiwawa, also appealed to the residents to remove any other obstacles that may hinder the project’s progress.
“Residents are also requested to bear with the rehabilitation team during this period, as some inconveniences may be experienced while the works are in progress,” he said.
“Your cooperation and understanding will be greatly appreciated as the project is meant to improve service delivery and sanitation in the area.”
