A dispute between the two ensued after she received text messages from a suspected boyfriend.

A Chiweshe man allegedly axed his former wife to death following a domestic dispute before hanging himself on Monday.

The now deceased Brighton Justice (28) of Madombwe village in Chief Makope area of Chiweshe reportedly axed his ex-wife Esteri Zulu over a text message in her phone.

Mashonaland Central police spokesperson Inspector Milton Mundembe said on March 3, Justice visited Zulu and a dispute between the two ensued after she received text messages from a suspected boyfriend.
