The TelOne memo
The national telecommunications parastatal, TelOne, has sent out an official memo to all its offices instructing that the huge framed photographs of Mugabe that are displayed, by law, in every government and parastatal office, every school, and many private companies (for fear of consequences if not done) be removed.
