THE United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has pledged US$26 million to support small-scale farmers to deal with the effects of climate change.Low rainfall patterns this agricultural season have affected food production in most parts of the country.
The World Food Programme estimates that more than five million people face food insecurity.
