JOHANNESBURG – Zimbabwe’s making big strides in its fight against HIV and Aids.
Over a million Zimbabweans are now on antiretroviral treatment and the HIV prevalence has almost halved from 30 to 15 percent.
But thousands still face hurdles, including long distances and limited access to free treatment and services.
eNCA reporter Leigh-Anne Jansen visited Zimbabwe with Doctors Without Borders and filed the report above.
