CABINET has begun discussions on State enterprise reforms, which are expected to see them curb their perennial dependence on the fiscus, The Financial Gazette has learnt.
Permanent Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC), Misheck Sibanda, disclosed last week that a plan had been tabled for discussion by Cabinet.
