2018 Post-election violence: Radio programme on the commission of inquiry

NTJWG Chairperson Mr. Alec Muchadehama, Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights’ Executive Director Ms. Roselyn Hanzi, Zimbabwe Council Churches’ Programme Manager Fambai Ngirande will discuss the legacy of violence in Zimbabwe, the 1 August killings by the military and the Commission of Inquiry with George Msumba tonight at 9pm.

NTJWG has noted that the 1 August 2018 killing of civilians is not an isolated incident of violence. Zimbabwe is haunted by a legacy of unacknowledged gross violation of human rights.
