Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information Publicity and Broadcasting Services Nick Mangwana says civil servants should budget well and live within their ‘little’ incomes.
Mangwana was responding to a tweet calling him to update the nation on how civil servants are expected to survive on US$100 per month. The tweet came after he announced his annual leave.
