“Mugabe was uncaring man”. This is a gross understatement if ever there was one. He was a murdering thieving dictator who cared only for power, wealth and those few who kept him in both.
I think it is not wise to allow your tongue to say certain things right in the freshness of bereavement. Yes it is everyone’s right but civilisation as we know it makes us cringe and make that forehead-scratching with bowed heads and wondering what is happening to his brain and simultaneously silently praying that somehow he cuts short his embarrassing foolishness. It reminds me of what i have seen in some diplomatic circles where two leaders are not in good books and they meet. Posing for photos they puff up their cheeks and beak up their lips in order to portray their disagreeing position. Boys, I think we expect such behaviour from toddlers. It doesnt take anything away from you to be civil and weep with those who weep.
How could he be caring for you when most of the Zimbabwean people hero-worshipped him as the 2nd son of God and some idiots wished Him to be their biological father.
