HARARE – The Registrar-General’s department says it will this month host
churches to discuss the newly-gazetted statutory instrument on marriages.
The conference will be held on September 27, 2018 at Tobacco Hall, Harare
Show Grounds at 10am.
“The Registrar-General’s department would like to advise all heads of
church denominations that the department will be hosting a conference on
the newly-gazetted statutory instrument on marriages,” read a notice
issued in the press yesterday.
The department urged churches to field a maximum of two representatives
per denomination for the conference.
