Chinamasa stalks poor

via Chinamasa stalks poor 12 November 2014 by Jera

Not satisfied with taxing us for doing what they failed to do, Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa has resorted to stalking the poorest of the poor – the street vendors – in search of his pound of flesh. His latest act of cruelty is to hike the import duty on used cars, ostensibly to revive the local car industry.

What nonsense! Is he not the same finance minister who imported cars for the MPs? If the plight of Willowvale was the minister’s concern, then he should have purchased locally assembled vehicles for that lot, who do nothing but hurl insults at each other in Parliament and shop in Beijing until they miss their flight home. The minister completely missed the fact that it is only he and that band of looters from Rotten Row who can afford to buy brand new vehicles, in an economy bereft of consumer credit.

Jera I for one do not think you are stupid. All Chinamasa and Zanu are doing is behaving like a cow. A cow will graze where it sees grass. They have grazed the grass in most of the areas that they saw with grass and now as the pastures shrink the see grass on the street.
