via Mugabe’s SONA did not address challenges of the nation says Zanu PF youth – Bulawayo24 News 27 August 2015 by Stephen Jakes
Zanu PF Youth member Fidelis Fengu said though he supports President Robert Mugabe but the State of the Nation address he made on Tuesday in parliament did not address the challenges the nation faces hence it is up to the people to implement his policies.
“I support Gushungo whole heartedly and understand his vision for the country,” said Fengu in his Facebook post.
“That being said, I feel the State of the Nation Address did not speak directly to the challenges we face at the moment. However, I feel the address did set the tone for collective action . It is up to us as Zimbabweans to operationalise the rationale behind the President’s address”
He said unity , Peace and Development are the ingredients we need right now to take Zimbabwe to greater heights.
Collen Machembere said he was surprised that there are people who were looking forward to hear something meaningful from Mugabe.
“That guy is clueless and how can we the youth entrust our future in a 91 year old. Expecting economic recovery under Bob leadership is just like waiting for a donkey to grow horns….all the best…I left Zimbabwe a long time ago,” he said.
