WHO said government officials are just public servants who only concentrate on serving people and do not take time to worry about what they wear, or what cars they use?
Whether they concentrate on serving people is not clear, but what is sure is they do care about their fashion and style.
The irony is, when they came to listen to Finance minister Patrick Chinamasa present a thin $4bn 2016 budget, their big cars and expensive fashion tastes were in contradiction with the economic crisis Zimbabwe is going through cost-cutting measures stipulated by Chinamasa.
