THREE Zimbabweans were killed and a child was critically injured by a hippopotamus near Beit Bridge in Musina South Africa on Wednesday night‚ police have said.

State media reports in Zimbabwe quoted Limpopo police spokesperson Ronel Otto saying the dead were part of the group who were crossing into South Africa through an illegal entry point near the New Limpopo Bridge.

Otto said the bodies had been taken to a mortuary in Musina and the cops had opened and “inquest docket”.

Authorities found the injured child in the surrounding area Thursday morning‚ a spokesperson from the ER24 paramedics Pieter Rossouw said in a statement.

“The child was crying for help. Authorities then called for medical assistance. When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found that three adult males had sustained fatal injuries.”

The critically injured child was transported by provincial medical services to Musina Hospital for further treatment.

When the child of Syrian origin was caught on camera dead and floating on shore there was a outright world cry against Ali Saad president of Syria. How many people must die trying to cross into SA for the world and SADC to see that their counter part Robert Gabriel Mugabe has failed to rule the country and need to be removed forcefully since all diplomatic and democratic process has failed. During the days od Sir Kutumile Masire, Mandela, Joakim Chissano and Sam Nujoma and others council of elders tried to have the old states man go and he refused. Electoral process saw hin loosing since 2002, 2008, 2013 and still he is doing worse. The last Zimbabwean appeal of the people of Zimbabwe is UN and Nato may be to do what they did to Libya and Tunisia. Or God Almighty to liberate them like what he did to Israel. The difference is where is Canaan for Zimbabwean’s 13 million population.
