ZRP hunts for journalist Blessed Mhlanga

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has issued a public appeal for information on the whereabouts of journalist Blessed Mhlanga.

Mhlanga is wanted for questioning in connection with alleged violations of Section 164 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act, Chapter 9:23.

National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the development in a statement and urged the public to assist law enforcement authorities in locating Mhlanga.

“We are seeking information on the location of journalist Blessed Mhlanga to facilitate an interview regarding allegations under Section 164 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act,” Commissioner Nyathi said.

“Anyone with relevant information should report to the nearest police station or contact our National Complaints Desk.”
