THIS year’s edition of the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe finals scheduled for this weekend at Montclair Hotel in Nyanga has been postponed indefinitely after the finalists were involved in an accident in Vumba in last night.
Manicaland provincial police spokesperson Tavhiringwa Kakohwa confirmed the accident, which occurred at the 13km peg along the Vumba-Mutare highway around 9pm.
“The driver of the bus lost control of the vehicle and it overturned once and landed on its left side, and 10 people were injured and are admitted at Murambi Gardens (Hospital) and their condition is stable,” he said.
