Surely Patrick Antony Chinamasa would just pop down to Fidelity Printers and get the old press fired up? That way everybody can be billionaires again? Will the Chinese money come off a printing press or will it be in the form of hammers and sickles?
The Chinese have proven themselves to be thieves on a grand scale so why is government signing any trade deals with them unless there are receiving other considerations!!!!!!!!!!!!
A different government does not need to honour agreements signed by the current Minister of Finance.
