Harare – the leader of the main opposition party, Morgan Tsvangirai has appointed Nelson Chamisa and Ellias Mudzuri Vice-presidents of his MDC.

Tsvangirai made the announcement this morning at his residence following a day-long meeting in Harare yesterday with his party’s executive members.
The two vice-presidents join Thokozani Khupe who has held the position for several years.
Tsvangirai announced recently that he is battling colon cancer for which he is receiving treatment in South Africa. He appeared healthy when he addressed party youths that had gathered outside the party’s headquarters in Harare, Harvest House.

Arguably, embarrassed and ashamed by Morgan Tsvangirai’s hidden Robert Mugabe#Grace and associates ideology and here is why?
As much as I 100% feel and empathizes with what he is currently going through health wise (battling colon cancer) I wish him a very speedy recovery.
However, here is my super concern that Morgan has now personalized The Original MDC just like his uncle (Robert Mugabe’s ZANU PF). To all intense and purposes why having 3 Vice Presidents? That is the question? Well, one has to wander! if this is not to cause even more confusion, by divide and conquer methodology, into the main opposition party. Then cling on to power just his rival next door. Conclusively, 1999-2016 and counting, thus almost 17years. Surely this is the right time for him-Morgan to hand over power to Thokozani Khupe. To stop this Mary#Grace go-around aspect. MDC-Original deserves better. Therefore I call upon all-Original MDC members, Supporters, Sympathizes and independent open-minded professional Human Rights convince Morgan Tsvangirai to kindly and quickly step down. This arguably in many people’s mind and views, will 100% give us victory over Robert Mugabe#Grace ZANU-PF associates. If MT was a democrat he should step down! Let TK take over and call people’s congress to decide the fate of the organisation. How do you have a meeting where the SG VP CHAIR ARE ABSENT!! I smell a rat! Watch for this overly ambitious young Nelson. Mudzuri is a cover up!
The main difference between MDC and ZANU PF is that the latter is ruling and will continue to rule while the former continues to follow the latter’s foot steps( three vice presidents!), albeit to its own destruction and complete irrelevance to the Zimbabwean political landscape.Nepotism, regionalism, and tribalism also seem to be rearing their ugly heads within MDC-T. If what is happening in MDC at the moment is to go by, its cadres will die no where else but within” trenches”.
All in all, all descisions are run thru the executive and the leader has a duty to report. Even those who accept such appointments are just as guilty

In this context, Tsvangirai said there was need to establish a multi-partisan National Transitional Authority Madhuku says Tsvangirai’s action was above board as he is empowered to do any appointments by the party’s constitution.
