ZIMBABWEAN businesswoman Chiedza Kambasha has been confirmed by the high-tech Swiss company Ricochet Satellite Technology (RST) as its sole African new licence holder and practitioner from the period of 2015 to 2022.

According to the RST website, Kambasha becomes the youngest and first practitioner of African descent to hold the world-class licence.

The 32-year-old entrepreneur is part of a group of licence holders from all continents selected from a pool of 80 000 potential holders.

RST has been at the forefront of cutting edge 5D and Radar Satellite Technology designed by German engineers and Swiss/British scientists.

Other licence holders include Australian Matthew Gosford Miller, while Asia is represented by Lee-Hong mae Jin Ping.

Europe will be represented by Louis Brackenbury, while Professor Madison Hasso is the licence holder for the Americas.

RST was established in 1995 by German engineers and British scientists in Luxembourg.

RST pioneered the Capri satellite that has been a key igniter in frequency used in the telecoms and nano-satellite solutions used in precision processes in multi-faceted industry globally.

Practitioners are selected according to their industry expertise, educational and cultural background, age and health examination reports.
